Tomato Chicken Soup

Serves 2
  • 1 small can crushed tomatoes 
  • 2 chopped fresh tomatoes 
  • 1 tbsp massel chicken stock 
  • 3 cups water 
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • 1 medium chicken breast 
  • 4 oz diced onion 
  • 4 oz diced celery 
  • Fresh basil – chopped to taste 
  • Fresh Chilli (optional and to taste) 
  • Cumin to taste 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients and let simmer until veggies are tender. Cut each chicken breast in half and cook in with soup. Remove chicken and dice, place ½ fillet in each bowl and pour soup over the top.
